Composition:

Ground coriander, dried onion, ground sweet red paprika, dried garlic, crushed basil, ground red pepper, ground turmeric, ground allspice, bay leaf, ground ginger, thyme, crushed mustard.

Method of use:

Add seasoning at the rate of 20 g per 0.7 - 1.0 kg of fish, salt to taste.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 20 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%.

The shelf life is 24 months.
