Rye Bread with Sunflower Seeds, 900g

It is made from whole grain parts of rye flour, water, sugar, sunflower, a pinch of wheat flour, iodized salt, and leaven. For seasoning – a little cumin. This is a milky sunflower flavor, tender bread. Sunflower seeds give bread a peculiar sweet spice, they are rich in useful polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals, and folic acid. The dough is made with leaven, kneaded and shaped only by hand, without using any mechanical stirrers.
