GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Grillo
ALCOHOL: 12.5%
VINIFICATION:
The grapes are quickly brought to the cellar, gently pressed with maximum pressure, and immediately chilled to 16°C. It is fermented with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16-18°C for 15-18 days. Aged in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTES:
Straw yellow in color, it is characterized by a balanced, savory and fruity taste at the same time. The citrus notes combine with floral elements, giving the palate a full-bodied and persistent flavor.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
This will be perfect paired with chicken, risotto with asparagus & traditional Mediterranean fish dishes and seafood.
Temperature to be served : 8 - 9°C.
