Our kefir has a short list of ingredients, without salt or sugar. It has been enriched with 13 live bacteria cultures that enhance the function of the digestive system by improving intestinal flora. For fruit lovers we have a raspberry taste variety without any fructose-glucose syrup or modified starch.
We pack our kefirs and buttermilks in a new type of packaging called the Brown Board. That packaging has one layer less than most cartons regularly used for cooling chain products. The removal of the white layer reduces the number of chemicals used in the carton production process; as a result, the final product is more eco-friendly, lighter and generates less waste. The emission of CO2 in the production process is also lower. Our brown carton packaging is fully recyclable.
Composition: pasteurized milk, milk proteins, live bacteria cultures:
– bifidobacterium infantis
– bifidobacterium lactis
– lactobacillus acidophilus
– lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. lactis
– lactobacillus fermentum
– lactobacillus paracasei
– lactobacillus rhamnosus
– lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris
– lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis
– lactococcus lactis subsp. Lactis
– leuconostoc mesenteroides
– leuconostoc pseudomesenteroides
– streptococcus thermophilus
and yeast.
